I wish it was brighter inside. The lights seem too dim. They should have the bakery department work longer into the day, but their goods are always fresh. You should check the sell-by dates here, but in other stores, too...This is a good little supermarket in a nice mall, next to the train station. And it's easy to walk to...Overall, I like this store; they employ people who have found it difficult to get jobs elsewhere...Yes, there's lots of room for improvement in helpfulness. Employees should answer questions better and I admit I usually get more informed answers from other customers...
Love sandy but most other employees I've had bad experiences with being slow, constant mistakes, and being rude! Don't come here if you're in a rush!
I was very disappointed by how I was treated by the staff - When I asked politely the clerk that bagged my grocery because of my recent back injury, I needed someone to help me to load the 12-pack 16-oz seltzer pack to my shopping cart. The package I pointed to her was only about 20 ft away from the register. She just told me bluntly that she couldn't, without even try to get help for me. The cashier next to us just ignored our conversation and pretended nothing happened. If that's how the way the staff treats other handicapped people, it's very disappointing!
