Phenomenal service. From the time we arrived--the door was opened for us by the guard, a wheelchair was fetched for us, the valet took the car, no ticket because he would remember who we were.

I CALLED THE MAIN NUMBER FOR A MAMMOGRAM APPOINTMENT 38 TIMES AND NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. JUST GOT MUSIC.

Is almost impossible make contact by phone, they’re always to busy to pickup. Is better to go over there if you leave around, what is obviously not for everybody. Very inconvenient .

AS A FORMER EXECUTIVE OF THIS ONCE-FINE INSTITUTION, I AM APPALLED AT THIS POOR PERFORMANCE.

Upstairs--private wait rooms, warm and caring staff, warm blankets :-)

Have been dealing with Sloan since the diagnosis. Honestly the best care we have ever gotten. The doctors, nurses, assistants all go out of their way to help and always supportive. Very fast on everything they do, the tests come back right away, doctors call with results themselves, always someone available to speak. Would never go anywhere else for the care, and they always make sure they are taking care of the patient .

I never would have thought we'd encounter such unprofessional, uncaring & incompetence in a medical facility. From the staff to the Dr's. They are not just rude but paranoid! We were consulting my father's oncologist, i had my cell phone on my hand to pull up my notes & information i stored in my phone that I intended to ask the Dr. About & before i could do so, the Dr. Obnoxiously ask " are you recording me with your cell phone, I'm not comfortable with that!" Cleary now that paranoia makes me wonder if i should have been recording her. Additionally her reception staff is completely rude to the point where they see you waiting for their assistance but rather than acknowledge you they continue to talk & laugh amongst themselves. When the one decided to address me he callously ask can i help you, while continuing to write barely making eye contact with me..I literally had to ask him to finish what he was doing so i could have his full attention. Lastly EVERY time my father goes for his chemo treatment he has to wait 40-45 min just for them to get the medication up to the room for administration despite being there hours before and having an appointment..Oh, I forgot to mention the infection he developed because the Dr. Forgot to remove a stent during his surgery..total incompetence from beginning to current & looking for a new physician & facility!!
