My husband and I are both under Dr. Carey's expert care, and I can't say enough about how wonderful his entire practice is. I originally went there for a crown that fell out as my dentist at that time was not available, and he saw me right away. We have been going ever since. Excellent care and an excellently equipped office, all the latest technology. Love him and his staff! (extra call out for Teresa at the front desk, sooo helpful!)
Dr. Carey is personable and disarming. I went to him a few years ago and allowed him to drill several teeth. I was grateful to him for seeing me on a Saturday for an infection. So I didn't. Question his actions. Later I went on metropolitan insurance company's website and saw there were an amazing number of claims from Dr Carey. Some were for things I don't. Believe he did. I put that behind me but am writing this now because the procedures he did then are now necessitating. Root canals. He also did a root canal on my husband that took a full morning. I believe now he was practicing on him. The root canal performed on me by a different doctor last week took 30 minutes. I think Dr Carey well discerns who has power and who is well connected. Those like my husband and me who are not are likely to be used shamelessly by Dr Carey.
If you are looking for a new dentist (and even if you aren't), Dr. Carey is the one for you. Clean & convenient location, ample parking behind the building, pleasant office staff. You will find it all here. I have had a cleaning, fillings, and two wisdom teeth (Dr. Carey calls them "wizards") removed at this office, and I could not have had a better experience. Each and every visit is consistently great. I never have a problem trying to get an appointment that works for me because they have extended hours and fantastic flexibility. You are greeted by your name and smiles all around. The dentist's is most definitely not my favorite place to go as I'm sure it is not for many of you. However, Dr. Carey has helped me get over the anxiety of the dreaded dentist's chair. Of course, it's never fun, but Dr. Carey and his office make things that much better. Throw on some HGTV or Food Network, and Dr. Carey will even provide his hilarious commentary on whatever show is on at that time. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and is genuinely a kind man. Those are not things you can teach or fake. Thank you!!
Dr. Carey makes going to the dentist very easy and comfortable. He is always extremely thorough and pleasant. Everyone in the office is very nice and they always do a great job. I have been going here for many years and always had a great experience!
